Dependabot Alerts on this repo

I'm getting every week github Dependabot alerts about this repo (see https://github.com/WebOfTrustInfo/txref-conversion-js/pulls )

I'm not quite sure what the status of this repo is, if it is current with latest txref BIP, if it will be maintained, or if anyone is using it or plans to use it.

But if no one is going to fix the alerts, we should mark this repo as deprecated then archive it.

Hmm, last update made by me was early 2020. There is likely a more recent txref update I need to do to get it current. If Kim or others still want this repo around, I'm happy to take a look and get it all updated in the next few days.
