Download link in the easy install read the docs page contains dead link

Trying to use webgoat for a project. 

the download links here https://webgoat-documentation.readthedocs.io/en/latest/Installation-(WebGoat-6.0)/#quick-start-easy-run
under the JAR file link do not work. Leads to a dead link. Had to download from this github instead.
