Panel : wf-popovers fail to pop out their contents when panel is hidden by autohide #334
Description
When autohide is enabled, widgets that use wf-popovers to pop out the panel and display a bubble don’t actually display their bubble if the panel is in a hidden state, but only if it is already popped out. The first attempt at popping out only shows the panel. So, for the examples in the attached video, i have to double tap the meta key to pop out the panel, or have two consecutive changes for the mixer to show it’s popup.
