Organizing how changed tabs open

Is there a way to make the changed tabs open in a certain order, other than by opening each folder of changed tabs individually?

If not, if having the tabs open in the same order that they're listed in the sidebar would be great. Or, say, make users who want to have tabs open in a certain order give the tabs codes with decimal points (example: 3.35) and make an option that uses the codes to decide what order to open the tabs in. If a user adds tabs, then the user can create a number between the numbers of the items already on the list. So, say, if I put tabs between 3.3 and 3.4, I could call them 3.31 and 3.33.
