Separate customizable Fast Forward/Rewind options #26

It would be very helpful to be able to specify separate Fast Forward and Rewind seconds jump in options. In my podcast player, I use 30 seconds forward and 10 seconds reverse. It makes it very easy to skip commercials and uninteresting portions of a podcast with a few 30 second jumps forward and 1 or 2 jumps back.
