Draggable floating window for controls that doesn't disappear and customizable shortcuts

When I'm using playbackSpeed I have to constantly click on the icon in the toolbar to have access for controls, and a fixed box would improve productivity a lot.

Also, shortcuts using alt+1... alt+2... for the custom speeds, and arrows for the custom backward function.
