Viz tool utilities

Numerous changes, including here, we put together a bunch of viz utilities.

There are a few things that would be good to make utilities:

• automate reading and processing the .sql files
• evaluate and report feasible (constraint-satisfying) entries in optimization outputs
• extract the multi-objective optimization outputs from the openmdao drivers
