You exit meeting if you click on your profile

If you are in a meeting and you click on the profile in the right panel, you are no longer in the meeting. If you then open the right panel, you have a different set of options available due to this. This is confusing for new users since they might still think that they are in the meeting, but suddenly some options have disappeared. This could be solved if you can enter the profile page without leaving the current meeting. Then the right panel should remain the same.

This requires a bit of refactoring of the profile page, but it's still a good idea.

The profile is a global thing, while the sidebar is mixed meeting-stuff and global stuff. Another option would be to simply turn meeting-related things into a submenu.
