Remove function overlap between pgradd's unit conversion and pmutt's #10
Description
pgradd's Unit folder contains a lot of functionality to manage unit conversions and is intertwined with some other parts of pgradd, such as ThermoChem. Just like how pgradd's constants were converted over to use the same ones from pmutt, maybe this aspect could be converted over too.
