create basic POC of drag and drop

• react grid layout support on-drop
• there are some other implementations (like react-draggable) which allows dragging a component from a source location (location as in placement in the website)
• once something is dragged and dropped, create a JSON of the component, insert it into the map and render it
• example code is already available (somewhere within gitlab or old repositories )
