Add divs with `clear: both` when x cols makes a full row

In order to avoid floats tweeks when the height of siblings col are not the same, generate div between each cols. For a viewport width fork (xs, sm, md, lg), when cols complete a row, the div after has a clear-both, to make sure that the next cols align correctly.
