the "tcore" dependency is missing after a fresh clone

where can i get me some of that sweet topt-core code? the ClassCollection class is missing from the collection of class collections of collected classes.

i was trying to $ npm run build

bro dude bro i had no idea you created an npm repo sick bro
we should modify package.json to include it
i ran npm install and that should have pulled in all the deps
right?
