Support prisma 7 stable

Currently, isv7 seems to only check for the next-prefix from the commit. However, prisma 7 is now stable which breaks this check. Would it be possible to fix this ?

Ah, yes, I think our first approach was a bit too naive. I've worked on a possible solution in #30
