ColorBot Polishing #1
Description
The bot could use alot of extra features to make it easier to use and more friendly.
- Make the bot get the random colors from sqlite database instead of hard coded from settings.json.
- Add a command to generate premade color roles.
- Add fail safe permission checks.
- Only add color roles if the user does not have a color role.
