How to install it on Windows? #3
Description
What are the prerequisite dependencies? I got following 3 errors when I try to install it by running the command "$python setup.py build"
'make' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
src\source.h(8): fatal error C1083: Cannot open include file: 'libavformat/avformat.h': No such file or directory
error: command 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\VC\Tools\MSVC\14.29.30037\bin\HostX86\x64\cl.exe' failed with exit status 2
