Develop member onboarding issue template and wiki doc #27
Description
One of the recommendations / stated desire from segment 3 was to move towards a model of working in github issues, wiki etc as described in Group Working Model. One issue we have also had during this previous segment related to the onboarding of new members, ensuring they are in the right apps/groups/channels etc.
We should have a github issue template with checkboxes so we can track adding a new user more clearly. We should also document the things they need access to on the wiki.
This is related to issue #26
