Better define community roles #19
Description
As part of the Community Engagement assignment for milestone #2, communities and roles were initially defined in the wiki. These roles need to be better defined in the context of the team structures we will be envisioning and beyond code, e.g., data curation, project maintenance, code of conduct etc.
