Inclusion of Surcharge_Method in [Options] section #14
Description
When the user selects the SLOT surcharge method, the GUI specifies accordingly in the input file. However, it does not write corresponding input for the default Extran method. This doesn't affect calculations, but is inconsistent with how the program saves other default values.
