Here's the text from the backend ticket.

Plotted as a line for the upper and lower confidence interval, should always be tied to dataset, should not be it's own toggle for uncertainty (should be in the same graph), could be done as modification to JSON file or uploaded as separate dataset (up to the developer on how to incorporate).
Should always be shown with all flow frequency, only UMR will have uncertainty for stage frequency

CRB Portal shows this for some locations, such as Detroit Dam

uncertainty toggled on and off with dataset (study) selected. Uncertainty curves may be turned off in the plot legend if desired, but not toggled as a distinct "dataset"

uncertainty bounds should be displayed by default on frequency curves where they're available.

uncertainty bounds to be added to the file format for uploaded datasets; developer should coordinate with Brett Hultgren on getting these added.
