DSS Files stored in the output directory do not match expected naming convention #3
Description
currently it seems the names come out where the name is simply the rank of the event. This should be corrected to be
YYYYMMDD_XXhr_stZ_rRRR.dss where Y is the 4 digit year, m is the 2 digit month Z is the storm type (use 1 until storm typing is implemented) XX is the duration of the storm (e.g. 72 hour) and RRR is the 3 digit rank 001 etc.
examlple:
19790222_72hr_st1_r265.dss
These names need to be matched in both the dss file and the ultimate catalog.grid file.
