MathJax question formatting

Update the formatting on quiz questions that require line breaks.
The sections that we are adding questions to are in Mathjax and as a result we can't add line breaks to Mathjax with using MathJax syntax

Example:

Currently, the line breaks are being done by appending \[\] to the end of the question

Ideally, we shouldn't need to use MathJax when we want to create questions that do not require it. Want to be able to insert normal line breaks into the question and have it render appropriately
