Feature proposal: Support for UPS-RS / MWL-RS / MPPL-RS support

Hello,

are there any plans to support bridging UPS-RS to DIMSE? It's part of the DICOMweb standard and used for querying worklist items: https://dicom.nema.org/medical/dicom/current/output/html/part18.html#chapter_11

I'd be willing to contribute that feature, but i want to make sure first that there are plans to integrate this.
