Timeout issue and core dump issue

Hi, Thanks for putting this project together. I have tried to get this working and it works - a few times. During the other times, either the service starts and it encounters a timeout issue or I am facing this core dump issue where the server does not start. Any suggestions on how to proceed? I haven't used docker before.

It looks like it adds a space to the url. Is that a problem?

Hi, thanks for using the project and sorry that you are having this problem.

The space in the URL is not a problem as it is error message stating that the URL: "http://127.0.0.1:8080/v1" and the file "example_for_test.pdf" has failed due to a timeout, sorry about this error message not being as clear as it should be.

The reason you could be having this error could be due to an Out Of Memory error as in the file you have given to the docker Science Parse Server to parse is too large to process with the amount of memory you have on your computer.

To ensure that you have everything working correctly, would you mind posting the script that causes this error, file size of the file you wish to parse with Science Parse Server, the command you use to start the docker Science Parser Server e.g. docker run -p 127.0.0.1:8080:8080 --rm --init ucrel/ucrel-science-parse:3.0.1 or docker run -p 127.0.0.1:8080:8080 --rm --init --memory=6g --memory-swap=6g --env JAVA_MEMORY=5 ucrel/ucrel-science-parse:3.0.1, and the Operating System of your computer you are running this on.
