5 Tests with periodic PETSc boundary conditions are failing due to changes in the periodic BC's

The following test's are failing due to the periodic Petsc BC's they use. These types of problems need to be rechecked and ensured they are working again. The tests then need to be altered to ensure they are working as intended.
