Make CI/CD pipeline to run model pipeline in a docker container

• Include benchmarking for system resource utilisation (CPU, GPU, RAM, etc.)
• Include benchmarking for model performance (FPS, accuracy, latency, etc.)
• Add unit tests to validate model outputs against ground truth bounding boxes
