Refreshing timestamps in recurring messages

For instance, if we have a message:

D&D will start at <t:1690822800:T>, 24 hours from this message.

It would be nice if we had a way to mark the timestamp as being e.g. 24 hours after the message is sent. One option may be to use ISO 8601 durations, i.e.

D&D will start at <t:{+P1D}:T>.
