Appsmith for configuration

Look into using Appsmith for server configuration, see if it's doable. May have to add a settings database separate from the current text settings system.

Appsmith is too heavy for the DO droplet, but I've started the process of converting the configuration to a database. May be able to find a lighter-weight open source alternative that can connect to a sqlite database.
