Add `-c` arg to specify `Gothic.ini` location

I think that adding an option to specify the location of the Gothic.ini file. This could be very useful for Launchers to manage different setting profiles.

I'd take a stab at the implementation if you think this would be useful.

Can you clarify, why multiple profiles might be useful and how use-case might look-like?

specify the location of the Gothic.ini file.

That might be a bit hairy, if added naively on top of existing system. At this point, there are about 3 ini files: Gothic.ini, SystemPack.ini and -game:.ini. And Gothic.ini is layered: by default data is fetch from $pwd, but if something is missing there - from system folder of original game, otherwise from defaults.
