The meet-up GH repo needs a little more discussion around how best to use the wiki/repo. For those who don't know this will be used as a hold-over until we get some kind of actual forums / wiki / doc store .
I'm think the issues can be used as a way to debate and discuss topics. The wiki and repo can be used as a way to store knowledge. Project page will be a way we can track progress and goals. Ideally information stored in the projects page and wiki would be stored somehow in the repo, for easy migration, however that may get updated with a slower frequency.
