Summary
Stalled Conversation Detector flags conversations where a customer message is not followed by an agent reply within a fixed time window. It provides a simple, deterministic signal to identify conversations awaiting agent response.
How it works
- Triggered when a customer message is received
- Compares the timestamp of the last customer message with the last agent reply
- Outputs a single flag: Stalled or Not Stalled
Intercom Integration
- Operates on Intercom conversation message metadata
- Uses message timestamps only
- Runs in demo mode without credentials; can be extended with an Intercom token
