Summary

AlphaSwarm is an autonomous swarm of 6 specialized AI agents that scan crypto markets in real-time, debate opportunities via Intercom sidechannels, and publish high-conviction alpha calls.

Agents

• OnChain Scout — Detects volume spikes, new tokens, price movements (DexScreener, CoinGecko)
• News Hawk — Detects news catalysts from RSS feeds (CoinTelegraph, TheBlock, Decrypt)
• Sentiment Analyst — Analyzes community sentiment shifts (CoinGecko trending)
• Telegram Scout — Scans Telegram alpha channels for crypto calls
• Reddit Scout — Monitors CryptoMoonShots, cryptocurrency, SatoshiStreetBets
• X Scout — Tracks crypto influencers (lookonchain, WatcherGuru, whale_alert)

How it works

1. All 6 agents scan 7+ data sources every 60 seconds
2. Signals are broadcast to the alphaswarm-debate Intercom sidechannel
3. The Judge agent collects signals, groups by token, and runs an LLM debate (Anthropic Claude)
4. If conviction score >= 7/10, the call is published to 0000alphaswarm sidechannel + Telegram + X/Twitter

Intercom Integration

• Uses Intercom sidechannels for all agent-to-agent P2P communication
• Debate channel: alphaswarm-debate
• Public calls channel: 0000alphaswarm
• Built as an Intercom Feature (extends Feature from trac-peer)
