Suggestion: Add Mobile & Responsive Support

The current Chat-WebUI is optimized for desktop browsers. On mobile devices, the layout and controls are not fully responsive. I propose adding responsive design support so the application works seamlessly across phones, tablets, and multiple screen sizes.
