Suggestion - Listen ports/address #2

Not a complaint at all, look forward to playing with this as it has some tool support ( unlike one i made myself ) and isn't a bloat-machine like so many are these days, just a suggestion to make it more useful:
While its not hard at all to edit the app.py code down at the end, just a suggestion for future feature to offer to pass a command line in to change the listen address and port since not everyone runs things on their local machine these days when it comes to AI.
