Mega stones are not immune to moves that change items

If a Pokemon cannot be given a Mega Stone that would allow it to Mega Evolve, or have it taken away if it is already holding it. This effectively makes them immune to Thief, Knock Off, Bestow, Switcheroo, etc. This restriction does not apply if they cannot use the Mega Stone.
