bug: bazel-diff freezes when aspect CLI is installed #256

I just posted this report under aspect cli:

However, I'm not sure if the problem could be caused by a defect in bazel-diff, and so I'm also posting this note here.
TLDR is that bazel-diff freezes if aspect CLI is installed. Details are in the aspect issue. Bc this is a cross post, it may be best to conduct any discussion on the aspect issue I've linked to avoid duplication of effort.
