FEATURE: Create a list of failed downloads on client

When a download fails, it just disappears with no further error messages or a way to retry.  That is not good.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
A list on the right side containing all failed downloads. The downloads should have a meaningful error message and a button which enqueues the download again.
