Memory issue

Hi I tried to use Tailer on my samples ( BAM ~7Gb) but after few minutes the process was killed.
There are any options to reduce the memory usage? I have a machine with 32Gb of RAM and I tried to use ulimit command but I obtained the same result.

Unfortunately, I don't have a good way to reduce the memory useage. I will try to take a look at it though.
