Hello there,

I am trying to run the app locally on R-Studio because my datasets are too big for the server version. However, I am getting this error:

I have tried using small datasets on the server version and it works, but not on my local version. Is there any difference between the code repo and the server version?

Hi Wilfried (@wilfriedguiblet),

I was able to reproduce this error using the candidate finder module when I compared a condition to itself. In order to find candidates, you need to give tailer-analysis 2 different tail files to compare to one another. For example, a control condition against a knockdown condition.

If that's not the issue, would you be able to send me a portion of the files that are giving you issues so I can troubleshoot? I'm also happy to hop on a call to chat through your analysis if that would be helpful.

I have multiple different tail files. They worked on the server version, but not the local version.

A call would be great!
