Refactor Item page state management.

We need to refactor the Item page state management to improve code maintainability and legibility.

 * Items page state should NOT be synced across tabs.
 * Items page state should NOT be persistent.
 * Improve UI components' readability by migrating state management logic to isolated reducers.
