Migrate to Görli

**As a** trading platform
 **I need** to migrate to the Görli testnet
 **So that** we can leverage it's support and ecosystem.

 ### Acceptance Criteria

 Given Otomee's testnet currently runs on Rinkeby
 When the platform is used
 Then it should run on Görli instead.
