requirement dependencys for socket #2
Description
give the packages / mods the possibility to require a certain socket
so a requirement for the socket would be a config.json (or any other datatype [.ini, .php, .xml, ...]).
This also means, that there are certain informations, that the config has to contain, like
- name
- version
- author
- creation time
- etc.
