CommunicationRegistration is missing a removeDefaultCommunicationHandler method

This is an missing but not critical feature.

It should look like this:

CommunicationRegistration registration = ...
registration.removeDefaultCommunicationHandler(onReceive);

whereby onReceive can be any subtype of the ReceiveFamily.
