Possible mismatch between schaefer atlas and template?

Expected situation

Hi! I noticed that the Schaefer atlas (1000, 17N) does not perfectly overlap with the MNI template that was used when creating the atlas, according to the information of the repository. Has anybody seen this before, and has an explanation or more information about why they do not overlap perfectly? Thanks in advance!
