Filter parameters accumulate

Steps to Reproduce

1. filter n=[some valid name]
   then
2. filter t=[some valid tag]

Expected

After 1. all clients with the valid name show up.
After 2. all clients having the tag show up.

Actual

After 1. all clients with valid name show up.
After 2. all clients having the tag and valid name show up.

Might be good to mention that parameters for the filter command accumulate in the UG itself. Also, this behavior is similar to specifying multiple tags or names.
