Steps to Reproduce

1. edit a client to have a name already existing in the client list.
   e.g.
   

2. edit the two clients with the same name to have same phone number
   e.g. edit 2 p=123456789 in the previous example

The constraint that name and phone should be unique shows up:

Expected: Client names should be unique in the clients list so that financial advisor will not get confused between them.

Actual:
Clients with the same name are allowed. Clients with same phone are allowed. But the two values cannot be the same for 2 clients. UG may be improved here by stating that client's are uniquely identified by their name and phone number.
