Loop conditions can be better named as:

• [nextTag given by user] for [loop through all available tags]
• [!hasTag] for [hasTag is false]

The second suggestion makes it not language agnostic (e.g. python uses not). We prefer plain english to describe control flow, and the textbook seems to agree.

The suggestions do not improve the meaning of the diagram.
