Game doesn’t allow to close system dialog box

Commit/Build: c5ff5a3

After building the game via Xcode, the game doesn’t allow me to close system dialog box and doesn’t allow to click the options button. However, if I change to a full-screen mode, it works normally.

• Reproducible in RCT2 (vanilla)?
• Multiplayer?

Steps to reproduce:

1. Build the game through Xcode
2. Click on any system dialog box (new game, load game, etc) and click close(X)
