Describe the issue
Trying to enter Altum causes a freeze and a massive infinite-until-forcequit log spam. This makes it a softlock too.

Teleport to Altum (-7878)
Potential solutions
Changing the Zollern Galaxy Config (config/ZollernGalaxy/core.cfg): Setting "Enable Altum Treasure Gen" to false fixes it
