Improve Remote-Control

There are some additional functions, that would greatly improve the UX in the Remote-control mode:

- [ ] make "1" and "3" change the speed upward or downward 10 percent
- [ ] make "2" reset the speed to 30 percent
- [ ] add digital Joystick to move the bot (this joystick can be similar like the target angle selection in simple-navigate)
