Edges are not updated when deleting #40
Description
When I delete an edge then rewiring, the edges are not updated
Like the figure above, I swap the UserClick html and UserClick #logo but the number of edges are not correct.
expected_edges: 4
actual_edges: 6
Consequence: Wrong number of test-cases
